Company Name: PR Productions
Production Title: Best Friends
Date Of Risk Assessment: 24/12/2014
Director: Phoebe Roche
Risk Assessment Conducted By: Phoebe Roche
As you can see here I have created a risk assesment. The reason being for me creating this is purely because when it comes to filming my trailer there are a few possibilities that things could potenially go wrong and may end up causing an injury. Creating a risk assesment and forms to fill in allows my actors to understand that something could potentially happen but they are also signing to say they agree to the terms and conditions for working within my production.
